Greetings! Welcome to Provisions for the Redeemed Christian Center website! We are so glad God led you to discover who we are and why we are here. We are a church ordained by God to teach His people how to conquer fear and walk by faith. We are a church who teaches the Word of God.
Our desire is to see spiritual giant’s walking this earth and bringing about change through Jesus Christ and the Word of God.
We believe that Jesus Christ is both divine and human. That he is of God and came in the flesh through virgin birth.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ, that he was crucified, died, buried, resurrected, ascended to the Father, interceding for the saints and will return to rapture his church and judge the world.
We believe salvation is gained through repentance of sin by the grace of God and the redemptive power of the blood of Jesus Christ.
We believe that believers should seek to exalt our Lord through sanctification, the Word and walking in holiness.
We believe that through the redemptive work we were given access to divine healing.
We believe in the water baptism and the baptism in the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues, which is available to all believers, as well as the gifts of the Spirit.
We believe that all scripture, both Old and New Testament is the inspired Word of God.
We believe that there is one God revealed in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit, which is the creator of all things.

Pastor Vernessa F. Walker
She is a born again, spirit-filled, woman of God, who loves the Lord and His word.
Pastor Walker is the founder of Provisions for the Redeemed Christian Center aka Vernessa Walker Ministries. She is the author of the book, “It’s Time to Claim Your Promise” and “Salvation: It’s Not What You’re Saved From It’s What You’re Saved To”. She has hosted her own television and radio programs called Provisions for the Redeemed.
She was led by the Holy Spirit to attend Pastor Creflo Dollar’s church (World Changers Church International) to see his vision and take notes. After a couple of years she started the church in April 2002. She was also a part of World Changers Ministerial Association. She is presently training under Kenneth Copeland’s Ministries by home training herself through the ministries books, videos, his daily broadcasts and conferences.
She was born again and baptized at the age twelve at Big Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Church. Under the leadership of Elder Michael Hartwell in July 1988 she preached her first sermon. While there she held several positions: Associate Minister, Sunday School Teacher, Youth Advisor and participated in Prison Ministry. She implemented Children’s Church for Big Indian Creek P.B. Church as well as other sister churches.
She attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Athens State College and Word of Truth Seminary. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Procurement and Acquisition Management. She also has a Master’s Degree in Theology and Biblical Studies.
Her motto concerning ministry is “Failure Is Not An Option”.

Pastor Vernessa F. Walker
Associate Minister Vicki Wood Morris
Vicki Wood Morris is a retired federal employee with the Social Security
Administration. She was born in Lineville, Alabama to the late Freeman and Shirley Wood. She completed her formal education by obtaining her Bachelor’s of Science degree from Historic Talladega College in 1995 and Master’s of Theology from Word of Truth Seminary in 1998. She was ordained as a minister in December 2018 and has been under the tutelage of Pastor Vernessa F. Walker for more than 20 years. She presently serves as Associate Minister for Provisions for the Redeemed Christian Center in Toney, Alabama. In 2022, God manifested two major blessings, retirement and marriage. She is currently enjoying both with the love of her life, Mr. Dale Morris as they fulfill God’s mandate to Build
His Purpose, Build His Kingdom, and Build for His People.
